At Patricks, we stand behind the performance of our high-science grooming products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Print the label and securely repackage your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
